What is Pulsaro?+
Pulsaro is an AI marketing OS for founders, solopreneurs, and agencies — one dashboard covering voice-to-content, multi-platform publishing, brand voice AI, an outreach engine, SEO, email marketing, and a CRM.
Does Pulsaro actually publish posts automatically?+
Yes. Connect your accounts and Pulsaro publishes on your schedule — LinkedIn, Bluesky and Telegram today. Instagram, Facebook and Threads switch on as soon as Meta completes its app review, and X, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest are coming soon. You create or approve, Pulsaro publishes.
What makes the brand voice AI different?+
Pulsaro analyses your existing content, writing patterns, vocabulary, and tone to build a personalised profile. Every generated post sounds unmistakably like you — not generic AI output that everyone can spot.
How does the Outreach Engine work?+
Bring in the people who already engage with you — commenters, newsletter subscribers, leads from your forms — or add contacts manually. Pulsaro drafts a personalised follow-up for each one in your brand voice. You review and approve every message — always in control, never automated spam or mass cold outreach.

Is there a free trial?+
Yes, at public launch. Starter, Growth, and Agency will all include a 14-day free trial with full access to that plan's credits and features. Join the waitlist to get access the moment we open. Founding Member is the one exception — because that $29/month price is locked forever for only 100 spots, it's billed immediately with no trial.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+
No. Starting a trial never asks for a card. You'll only need to add a payment method if you decide to continue past the 14 days.
What happens when my free trial ends?+
Nothing charges automatically. When your 14 days are up, add a payment method to keep your plan active. If you don't, your account simply reverts to a locked state — nothing is ever billed without you taking that step yourself.
What is a credit, exactly?+
One credit = one AI action. Generating a single post costs 1 credit, Voice to Content (5 platforms) costs 5 credits, a full SEO article costs 10 credits, and so on. Most active users on Starter comfortably use 120–150 credits/month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes, any time. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings — no contracts, no cancellation fees. If you're a Founding Member and cancel, your locked price is released and may be claimed by someone else.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Annual billing with a 20% discount is coming soon. Founding members will be offered an annual option at the same locked rate.
Do you offer discounts for students or NGOs?+
Yes. Email hello@pulsaro.net with proof of student status or NGO registration for a 50% discount.

Founding member

What is a founding member spot?+
The first 100 people who pay $29/month lock that price forever. Even when Pulsaro raises prices to $99 or higher, founding members always pay $29/month. Only 100 spots exist in total.
What exactly does "locked forever" mean?+
Your founding member subscription is permanently priced at $29/month. This is not a promotional rate or a time-limited discount — as long as your subscription stays active, your account never charges more than $29/month.
Why doesn't Founding Member get a free trial?+
Because the locked-forever price is a scarce, one-time offer limited to 100 people, it's billed at checkout rather than trialled. Starter, Growth, and Agency — which aren't scarcity-limited — offer the 14-day free trial instead.
What happens if I cancel and want to come back?+
If you cancel your founding member subscription, the locked price is released and may be claimed by someone else. You can re-subscribe, but at the regular price at that time.
Is there really only 100 spots?+
Yes. 100 founding member spots exist in total. When they're gone, they're gone, and the offer will not be repeated.

What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards globally, processed securely through our payment partner Dodo Payments. More local payment methods are being added over time.
Is there a refund policy?+
This is separate from the free trial above. If Pulsaro doesn't work as described within 14 days of your first payment, email hello@pulsaro.net for a full refund — no questions asked.
Who processes my payment, and is it secure?+
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record and handles all payment processing — Pulsaro never sees or stores your card details. See our Legal & Security page for full details.

Account & data

Is my data safe?+
Pulsaro never sells your data. Revenue comes entirely from subscriptions — not advertising. Your content, brand voice data, and contacts are yours to export or delete at any time.
Do you train AI models on my content?+
No, not without your explicit consent. Your prompts and content are used to power your own AI features — not to train models for other users.
Can I export or delete my data?+
